Houston Timber Co. gallery

An honest archive before the first photographs arrive.

This page will hold original photographs of prototypes, finished products, construction details, and completed deliveries. Until that work exists, the gallery stays clearly labeled instead of pretending stock photography belongs to Houston Timber Co.

Case by case

Photography standard

Every photograph should explain something useful.

The gallery should not become a collection of vague beauty shots. Each set should help a customer understand the product, its scale, its construction, and how it arrived.

01

Show the whole product

Include straight, readable overall views that reveal the proportions and finished appearance.

Avoid angles that make the product look larger or smaller than it is.
02

Show the details

Document corners, fasteners, bracing, trim, surface condition, finish, and other relevant construction features.

Details should match the specification listed for that model.
03

Show the scale

Pair photographs with the actual dimensions and avoid relying on perspective alone.

Length, width, and height should be easy to find.
04

Show the placement

When allowed, document the product in the yard, patio, entrance, or commercial area where it was delivered.

Private addresses and identifying details should not be exposed.

Release order

The archive will grow with the product line.

The first images should document prototypes before customer orders begin. Customer project photography follows only after permission and privacy are handled correctly.

No date is being promised yet.

Photography depends on the prototype schedule, product readiness, weather, delivery, and the quality of the final images.
