A straightforward process

From rough idea to delivered piece.

You do not need a professional drawing. A product type, rough dimensions, delivery ZIP code, and inspiration photo are enough to start.

01

Send the idea

Choose a product category or describe the outdoor piece you have in mind.

Helpful: dimensions, ZIP code, quantity, and a reference photo.
02

Confirm the build

We work through dimensions, material direction, finish, delivery, and assembly requirements.

If a request is outside what we can build right now, we will tell you.
03

Review the quote

You receive the agreed scope, total price, estimated production timing, and deposit requirement.

Production begins only after the quote and deposit are approved.

Build and deliver

The order is produced, checked, and coordinated for pickup, delivery, or assembly when offered.

Final delivery details are confirmed before the scheduled date.

Two types of projects

Built for homes and for businesses.

From one raised garden bed at home to a coordinated planter order for a commercial property, the process begins with the space, dimensions, and intended use.

For homeowners

Your space does not have to fit a box store product.

Plan a raised bed around a narrow side yard, a planter around a porch entrance, or a bench around the wall and walkway you already have.

Before you request a quote

What is worth knowing first.

The answers people ask for most often, in short. There is more on the about page about where the company currently stands, and the frequently asked questions page covers the rest.

Where something is not finalized, the site says soFinish options, construction specifications, prices, warranty terms, returns terms and lead times are each published when they have been measured, tested or decided, rather than presented as settled before they are.
01

Houston is hard on outdoor timber

Long humid summers, heavy rainfall, intense sun and clay soil that holds water all affect outdoor wood here. Drainage, airflow and where a piece sits matter as much as how it is built, which is why placement and care are worth planning for. See product care.

02

Built to your measurement

A standard warehouse size is chosen for a pallet, not for your porch. Send the length, the width and the height you have room for, and what the piece needs to do. If a requested size raises a practical issue for the intended use, that can be discussed during quoting.

03

Everything is quoted, not listed

Prices are not published yet. Material, labor, delivery, assembly and overhead are being calculated before any starting price goes up, so every product is quote based and the number is built around an actual request rather than a category.

04

The scope is confirmed in writing

The product, dimensions, quantity, delivery details, price and expected timeline are documented first, and every detail is confirmed with you before production starts. The full sequence is on how it works.

05

What we are not taking on

We are not currently quoting structural or permitted work such as decks, pergolas or fencing, or anything that attaches to or supports a building. Indoor cabinetry is outside the current scope. Where a request is close to something we do make, we will say which one.

06

Delivery is quoted with the order

Delivery pricing is based on distance, product dimensions, quantity and whether assembly is required, which is why there is no flat figure published. The communities we are preparing to serve are on the delivery areas page.

Houston-area delivery
