How it works
Four steps from first message to delivered product.
Start with a product category or a rough idea. The dimensions, materials, finish, quantity, delivery, price, and expected timing are confirmed before production begins.
The complete journey
Each step has a clear decision.
The process is designed to catch missing details before they turn into pricing errors, delivery problems, or an order that does not fit the space.
Choose a product or submit an idea.
Choose the closest current product category, raised garden beds, planters or outdoor benches, or describe what you want built. Rough dimensions, quantity, delivery ZIP code, and a photograph of the space are enough to start.
Confirm dimensions and delivery details.
The exact size, wood direction, finish preference, quantity, delivery address, assembly needs, and placement conditions are reviewed. This is also where anything that will not work as described should be flagged.
Approve the written quote and any required deposit.
The written quote states the agreed product, dimensions, quantity, price, delivery scope, exclusions, and expected timing. Work is scheduled after the quote is approved and any required deposit is received.
Production, delivery, and placement.
The order is built to the approved scope and delivery is coordinated around the destination and access conditions. Assembly or on-site placement may be included when the quote specifically lists it.
What to send first
Enough information to begin, not a perfect design package.
Customers do not need professional drawings. The first message should simply explain the product, the approximate size, the location, and any obvious access limits.
Product or idea
Choose the closest product category or describe what the finished piece should do.
A reference image is useful when the idea is difficult to explain.Rough dimensions
Include the available length, width, desired height, and quantity when known.
Exact dimensions can be confirmed during the review.Delivery location
Send the ZIP code and state whether delivery, assembly, or on-site placement may be needed.
Distance and order size can affect delivery availability.Photo of the space
Show the intended area, nearby walls, walkways, gates, stairs, or anything that could affect placement.
Photos help reveal constraints that dimensions may not explain. What gets confirmed
Six decisions shape the final quote.
The request becomes a buildable project only after the important product and delivery decisions are clear.
The company should not wait until production or delivery to disclose a dimensional, material, access, or capability problem.
Approval and scheduling
Approve the actual scope, not an assumption.
The quote should be reviewed carefully before work is scheduled. Changes made after approval can affect material, price, production timing, and delivery.
- Confirm every measurement and quantity.
- Confirm what delivery, assembly, and placement include.
- Confirm the price and any required deposit.
- Confirm the expected timing known at approval.
- Ask about anything that is unclear before production begins.
Lead times
Timing will be based on measured production, not guesses.
Standard lead times are not published yet. They will be added only after real production times are measured for the first models and order sizes.
Material availability, quantity, product complexity, finish, current workload, delivery distance, and access can all affect timing.
Quote approval
The scope, price, payment requirement, and expected timing are reviewed first.
Timing begins from the approved order conditions, not the first message.Build the order
Material preparation, cutting, assembly, finishing, and internal checks depend on the product and quantity.
Real production time will be documented after prototypes and first orders.Prepare delivery
Delivery timing depends on the destination, product size, quantity, access, assembly, and placement.
Commercial sites may also require loading or access windows.Deliver and place
The order is delivered according to the written scope. Assembly or final placement is included only when listed.
Completion conditions should be confirmed before the delivery date.Ready to start
Send the idea, rough size, ZIP code, and a photo of the space.
The first message does not have to be perfect. It only needs enough detail to begin a serious review.
